As founder of YES-360 Academy, he brings together corporate, academic and training expertise to bridge the gap between knowledge and real-world application.
Joseph holds an MBA in HR Management and International Career Management, is pursuing a DBA, and holds international qualifications in training, coaching and instructional design.
